NABH Quality Support Team Needed

I’m expanding my NABH consultancy portfolio and need extra hands to keep multiple hospitals on track for accreditation. Experienced quality executives will take the lead on refining and drafting clinical-administrative policies, steering internal audits, and coaching frontline staff so every corrective action is fully understood and sustained. Alongside them, I’d like motivated interns who can dive straight into process-improvement projects—collecting baseline data, mapping workflows, and reporting measurable gains that feed directly into our audit close-outs. For clarity, here’s what I expect at each stage: • Quality Executives – deliver updated policy manuals aligned to NABH standards, complete internal audit reports with root-cause analyses, and run concise training sessions (slides, hand-outs, attendance logs included). • Interns – submit weekly progress briefs on their assigned improvement projects, culminating in before-and-after metrics and a short presentation deck. All work must reference the latest NABH guidelines; familiarity with tools like FMEA, RCA, and PDCA will speed things up. Share previous hospital quality experience (or relevant academic projects for interns) and your available hours per week, and we can set milestones accordingly.
