Hello There, As per my understanding you want a data driven framework to own your product metrics, track user journeys, and scale growth through a rigorous A/B testing culture. 1) Which analytics stack like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or PostHog are you currently using for event tracking? 2) Do you have an existing North Star metric defined or should we start with a full metrics hierarchy audit? I will turn your raw user data into a clear growth roadmap so you can stop guessing and start scaling. You will get a professional dashboard that highlights exactly where users are dropping off and which features are driving the most value for your business. This setup ensures every product decision you make is backed by hard evidence, giving you the confidence to focus your team on the initiatives that move the needle on your bottom line. I will build a robust metrics hierarchy consisting of your North Star and L1 supporting indicators, ensuring full alignment between user behavior and business goals. I will implement a detailed event tracking schema and work with your engineering team to validate data integrity across all platforms. Using a hypothesis driven approach, I will design and analyze A/B tests with statistical rigor, providing you with actionable insights and a standardized experimentation framework to optimize the entire product lifecycle. Your metrics framework will fail if you're tracking vanity metrics instead of input drivers that actually move retention and activation. Most product teams confuse correlation with causation - they see a spike in signups but can't explain why conversion dropped 15% two weeks later. Before building dashboards, I need clarity on two things: What's your current event tracking coverage across critical user flows (onboarding, activation, core feature usage)? And are you running experiments without proper sample size calculations, or do you have a standardized testing framework that accounts for statistical power? Here's the analytical approach: - SQL + AMPLITUDE: Build cohort retention queries that segment users by activation behavior, then identify which Day 1 actions predict Day 30 retention above 40%. - A/B TESTING FRAMEWORK: Design experiment protocols with proper power analysis, guardrail metrics, and sequential testing to detect 5% lift in conversion without false positives. - NORTH STAR ALIGNMENT: Map L2 input metrics (feature adoption rate, time-to-value) to L1 KPIs (MRR growth, churn rate) using regression analysis to prove causality, not just correlation. - EVENT TRACKING VALIDATION: Audit existing tracking plans against user journey maps, flag missing events that create blind spots in funnel analysis, then work with engineering to implement schema standards. - HYPOTHESIS-DRIVEN ROADMAP: Translate qualitative user research into testable hypotheses, prioritize experiments using ICE scoring (Impact/Confidence/Ease), then run controlled tests that isolate variables. I've built metrics frameworks for 3 B2B SaaS products that scaled from 500 to 50K users. I don't just report numbers - I identify which levers actually drive growth versus which ones look good in executive decks but don't move the business. Let's schedule a 20-minute call to discuss your current analytics maturity and experimentation velocity before committing to a structure.

Hello, To be completely transparent: I am entirely new to this freelancing platform, which is why my bid is priced well below market rate. By day, I am a Senior Product Analyst at American Express. I love my day job, but I’m expanding my horizons to help growing products scale their data maturity. Since I need to build up my platform reviews from scratch, you get corporate-grade analytical precision at an absolute bargain. Working at AmEx has drilled an uncompromising work ethic into me—data integrity is non-negotiable, deadlines are absolute, and I treat my freelance commitments with that exact same corporate discipline. Here is how I will optimise your product lifecycle: 1. Metric Hierarchy: Map your North Star to actionable L1 (growth/churn) and L2 (feature adoption/activation) input metrics so your team knows exactly which levers to pull. 2. A/B Testing Framework: Design rigorous experiment protocols with proper sample sizes and statistical power analysis to ensure clean, valid results. 3. Behaviour & Tracking Analytics: Audit your current event tracking layout, build clean tracking plans with your developers, and map user journeys to fix drop-offs. I am deeply proficient in SQL, Google Sheets, Amplitude, and building clean dashboards. Because I am building my portfolio, I am ready to over-deliver for you. Let's hop on a quick 10-minute chat to review your current analytics stack maturity. Best regards, Mohit

Hi , Most SaaS teams use analytics like a rearview mirror—just reporting what already happened. To actually drive growth, your metrics framework needs to act like a steering wheel, showing your team exactly which controllable input levers will move your North Star. As a Product Manager, I don't look at data just to build pretty dashboards. I use it to find user journey friction, validate roadmaps, and eliminate guessing via clean A/B testing. Here is how we will optimize your product lifecycle: The Metrics Hierarchy: We'll map your North Star down to actionable L1/L2 input metrics. If your goal is retention, we will isolate the exact user actions (like onboarding Time-to-Value) that statistically predict a loyal user. Bulletproof Event Tracking: I will design clean tracking schemas and work directly with your developers to ensure accurate implementation. No blind spots in your funnels, no broken data. Rigorous Experimentation: No more "let's launch this feature and see." I'll set up a standardized A/B testing framework calculating sample sizes and statistical power, using ICE scoring to prioritize high-impact experiments. My Stack: SQL, Google Sheets, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and cross-functional agile execution. Quick question: Are you currently seeing the biggest drop-offs during initial user onboarding, or are you trying to optimize deeper feature adoption? Let’s chat for 15 minutes to align on your current tracking setup. Best, Antriksh
