Records can shift between the time you pull from the ERP and the time you cross-check the warehouse, which means a straight column-to-column match will flag false discrepancies. I'd establish a clean snapshot window first, then run the validation against a frozen dataset so every mismatch I flag is a real one. Hi, a reconciliation of your ERP open orders against the warehouse records, plus a Power BI page that lists every mismatch. The fiddly part is partial shipments, where a row looks wrong but isn't.
