PDFs Text to Excel

I have a collection of PDF files that contain plain text I need transferred into a neatly structured Excel spreadsheet. Each piece of text must land in the correct column and row so I can sort, filter, and run quick analyses later. You can pull the text however you like—copy-paste, Adobe Acrobat exports, or an OCR tool such as ABBYY or Tesseract—so long as the final workbook is clean, free of stray line breaks, and 100 % faithful to the source wording. Deliverables • One Excel file (.xlsx) with every PDF accurately transcribed and organised exactly as outlined in my sample sheet (I’ll send that once we start). • A brief note describing any PDFs that required OCR or manual cleanup so I know which originals may need re-scanning in the future. I’ll be available to answer questions about column order, naming conventions, or anything unclear in the source material. Accuracy matters more than speed, but if you can turn this around quickly while maintaining quality, mention your expected timeframe when you respond.
