Organize Personal Emails into Spreadsheet

I need help organizing my personal email addresses into an Excel spreadsheet. Requirements: - Email addresses should be sorted and included in a spreadsheet - Format: Excel - Information per entry: - Name - Date received - Group Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficient in Excel - Attention to detail I need this as I need to send mass emails to announce an event, and I don’t want end up sending multiples to same person. Also retrieve newer email addresses, and also from contacts. - Experience with data entry and organization
