I’m expanding my team and need motivated interns across several tracks—Marketing, Data Analysis, HR and an Associate-Lead function that bridges the other three. Marketing interns will concentrate on building qualified leads. Day-to-day that means planning and scheduling social posts, repurposing content into bite-sized assets, and partnering with Data Analysis to measure reach, click-throughs and conversion so we can double-down on what works. Data Analysis interns will own the numbers behind every campaign and internal project. You’ll clean raw datasets, run exploratory analyses, translate findings into clear dashboards and present weekly insights the rest of us can act on. HR interns will handle the full employee-life-cycle: • Recruitment & onboarding—screening CVs, arranging interviews and ensuring new hires have everything on Day 1. • Employee relations—fielding routine questions, maintaining records and flagging issues early. • Training & development—tracking mandatory sessions, gathering feedback and helping refine our learning paths. Finally, the Associate-Lead intern slot is for a natural organiser who can coordinate between these verticals, keep timelines tight and prepare concise status updates for me. I work fast, share feedback early and reward initiative.
