I am finalising a research paper that relies on precise quantitative analysis of microscopic images. All raw TIFF stacks are ready; what I need now is an ImageJ-powered workflow that will deliver solid numbers for two key metrics: • Cell counting across multiple fields of view • Accurate measurement of selected cellular or tissue areas I work comfortably at an intermediate ImageJ level but want a specialist who can audit my current approach, streamline it, and, where helpful, introduce or recommend plugins/macros that will improve accuracy and repeatability. If a Fiji distribution, custom macro, or other extensions will shorten the pipeline, I am open to it and would value your guidance. Final deliverables should include the analysed image set, the numeric results in CSV or Excel format, and a brief step-by-step protocol so the methodology can be cited and reproduced in the manuscript’s methods section.
