The priority is an in-depth customer-demographics study focused on geographic distribution at an international scale. Here’s what I need: • Extract and interpret location data from any analytics already running on the site (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Pixel, etc.). • Enrich that data with external sources—think SimilarWeb, Statista, census datasets, or social-media insights—to fill gaps and verify accuracy. • Segment the audience into meaningful regions or country clusters, highlighting volume, engagement metrics, and purchase intent where available. • Deliver a clear narrative report (PDF or slide deck) that spells out the findings, includes easy-to-read maps or charts, and ends with actionable recommendations for region-specific messaging and ads. Acceptance criteria: the report must cover at least the top 15 countries by traffic share, explain methodology, and provide raw data sheets alongside visual summaries. If additional angles like competitor benchmarks or trend forecasts become relevant, I may commission them later, but for now the focus is purely geographic demographics on a global level.
