If you prefer adding Power Query, pivot tables, or VBA to streamline the flow, feel free; just keep everything compatible with standard Excel so the team can pick it up without extra licences. Deliverables - Weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc Excel reports ready for distribution in PDF and XLSX - A one-page summary slide per cycle highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities I’ll supply sample datasets and an outline of the KPIs we track.
