I have several Excel workbooks that combine text, numbers, and a few date fields pulled from different departments. I need someone to key in any missing records, standardise the existing ones, remove obvious duplicates, and run a first-pass analysis so I can spot trends quickly. You’ll start by importing the mixed data exactly as it appears, then run a systematic clean-up within Excel—consistent formats, proper capitalisation, error checks, and sensible ranges. Once the sheet is tidy, create a concise summary that highlights totals, averages, and any outliers you notice, using functions, filters, or pivot tables as you prefer. Deliverables: • Final cleaned workbook, fully validated • One-page analysis or dashboard inside the same file explaining key findings Accuracy is everything; if a value looks questionable, flag it rather than guessing.
