I keep several local Excel workbooks that I have to stitch together every week to run analyses and generate management-ready reports. I want that entire routine reduced to a single click. The automation must live entirely inside Excel—no connections to databases or online sources—so VBA, Power Query, advanced formulas, or Office Scripts are all fine as long as they run on standard desktop Excel. Core objectives are: • Combine and clean data from multiple Excel files. • Perform the usual analyses I run now (pivot tables, look-ups, calculated metrics, charts). • Output polished reports in both worksheet and PDF form, ready to share. - There should be a formula that allocates each staff maximum amount but there is no staff that can be allcoated more than the total cost in that period. -the tool is alsmot compelte and needs small adjustments and amendemtns. Deliverables 1. A fully-functional master workbook (or add-in) that executes the above steps end-to-end. 2. Clearly commented code or query steps so I can extend them later. 3.
