We provide automated income verification to property managers and lenders and we're looking for an experienced customer support agent to provide professional and friendly service through our email, live-chat, and phone channels. Our service is software based, so this person should have familiarity assisting customers through customer support software and custom interfaces. This person should have a passion for helping others and solving problems, and be able to stay calm under pressure. We are looking for a contractor that can eventually scale up to 8 hours per day.
