I'm looking for 2 agents to take care of my customers via email & website chat:
- Information about products and brand
- Processing orders if it had an error
- Providing information to current customers about the status of their shipments
- Solving issues in case a product is damaged
This is for a very LONG-TERM position so I'm looking for serious people.
Training will be provided with all the details on how to take care of the customers.
Salary: Start from $200/Weekly and it will be increased with your performance.
(some of old agents are getting over 1000$/week now)
Schedule: 8~12 hours per day
Based on UTC + 0, (London time)
15:00 ~ 23:00
Time schedule can be adjusted.
