As Customer Success Assistant, your goal is to support customers (and their candidates) via chats and tickets, convert them to paid plans, help with the onboarding, drive ongoing adoption, and make sure customers get the full value out of TestGorilla. You also play a big role in running our email marketing campaigns.
The working hours are from 12h00 to 19h00 or 20h00 CET on weekdays with a few hours during the weekend to catch up with incoming tickets.
