Customer Service/Technical Support

I am looking for someone to handle customer service/technical support for our users. We make a website/app that notaries use to manage their business. You must have excellent computer skills, good writing skills (i.e. must be able to write professional emails), English must be your primary language, and you must based in the United States, preferably in the Eastern or Central timezone.

The hours for this job are sort of unique. We need someone that can check the support tickets every couple of hours and respond to them throughout the day. Most days you will work less than 2 hours, but you have to check the system every couple of hours from 8:00AM - 5:00PM. We will pay you for 4 hours/day - 5 days/week even if you only work 2 hours. Holidays are paid as well and in most cases and in most cases you don't have to work either. Best way to think of it is a "salary" job where you get holidays paid.

Also, it could turn into a full time position if the volume of work increases and you want to work more, but for now it only requires a couple hours of work per day so we are keeping it at a part time pay level (i.e. 4 hours per day).
