Expertise and experience that you must have :
- Amazon seller account
- Email support
- Phone answering and calling
- Perfect written and spoken English – that include very good grammar (English Proficiency C2 Passer)
Buy shipping labels on Shopify
Answer calls from clients, call back
Reply to enquiries received by email, facebook messenger
Monitor comments on facebook posts
Monitor Amazon for messages, claims, refund requests etc…
Communicate with the warehouse (orders/shipments related questions)
Resolve customer issues within business policies through problems solving to maintain customer satisfaction
Maintain ownership and responsibility for customer service success and e-commerce marketplace customer satisfaction statistics
Monitor all channels for errors, alerts, questions and inquiries and report or resolve with a sense of urgency
this is 1 to 2 hours work only and need to be online 9am to 5pm (Eastern Time)
