I am in need of a freelancer to provide phone support for my customer service needs in Czech / Slovakian. Skills and Experience: - General customer service skills are sufficient, industry-specific knowledge is not required. - The freelancer should be fluent in Czech / Slovakian and have excellent communication skills. - Previous experience in customer service is desired. - The freelancer should be able to handle phone inquiries and provide assistance to customers. Important: we're a contact center, we work for other companies, provide customer service for them. Tasks: • you have to call the fresh orders, who just bought something in our client's web shop, reach them and tell them we’re thankful for their order, now it’s confirmed, and that they should be at home on the expected shipping date so the package will be delivered. • call those who didn’t pick up the day before • if the customer has any question regarding his/her order, than you can look it up in the client’s system to provide proper information. It can be done home office. We provide dialer for the calls.
