Customer Service & Support
We're looking for someone who can be on call from 1am to 9am PST to answer customer support calls and emails. The traffic is generally not heavy (in this 8 hour period, you would receive an average of around 5 phone calls and 5 emails). We'd like to have someone who can respond immediately to each inquiry.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent
Excellent phone skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a tech-related field.
Knowledge of QuickBooks is a big plus
Fluency with general Windows and Macintosh operation
Triage and respond to customer support inquiries (technical or functional)
Monitor trouble-ticket database to insure speedy response to all requests
Work with other departments to research and resolve customer issues

I have 4 years experience in the telecommunications area as well as I currently use quickbooks as my accounting software at home and work. I can even go lower than $3000
