As a part of our service, we would like to recruit customer service agent to handle our ticket support service. Agents are required to attend a compulsory training session of no less than 3 hours to learn about our product and necessary customer service skills, and the training session CANNOT be counted towards working hours. After the training, the agent will be provided access to company email address (with POP, IMAP and SMTP, and webmail access) and support portal. Once a ticket is in, agent's email will receive an email notification. Agent is required to monitor the email mailbox at AT LEAST 1 hour interval (possibly through smart phones), which will NOT be counted towards working hours. ONLY time used to investigate and reply tickets can be counted.
It will starts at 3 months for less than 3 hours per week. Then the allowed time will increase.
We have some general requirements on this post:
1) Good English written skills.
2) Able to monitor email mailbox in normal U.S. business hour and/or Hong Kong business hour through any mean freelancer prefer.
3) Prior experience in supporting programming-related products is preferred.
4) The freelancer will be required to sign a NDA provided directly by us (not the one from [url removed, login to view]).
