Requirements:
Experience working with ZenDesk or other Customer Service Management systems
Superior communication skills
Strong organization skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, and Word
Typing speed above 60 WPM preferred
Speaks English well
Internet speed at least 3Mbps
Must have webcam and microphone
Backup internet capability preferred
Must have quiet working environment
