I need someone to handle customer support for a shoppingcart service via helpdesk, answering presales and technical questions. I have my own help desk, web based software for you to use. You will be provided a tech manual, a knowledgebase and helpdesk assistance to learn the software. You must familiarize yourself with the website and shoppingcart features. I will also provide you with demos to train and familiarize yourselfs with.

all free accounts will be deleted after project completion. You need to know the service that you will be supporting and you'll know if this is the type of service you want to support. this should only take about 3 hours.
