We are looking to hire a customer support representative to answer tickets in our support desk as they come in. Majority of the tickets can be resolved using pre-defined emails. Some will require searching the database and issuing refunds. We will provide predefined answers to the majority of the tickets and step by step checklists and training to everything else. Tickets/customer requests that are technical in nature and require a technical engineer will need to be forwarded to company engineers.
Good english and quick response time is a MUST!
we have a support system that creates around 30 tikets a day. Most of them can be resolved in 3 minutes or less. We are looking for some one who can do that 12 hours a day including 3 hours on the weekend. No technoical knowledge is requred. Good writen english , email, and live chat support.
Our required response time to every email is 30 minutes or less.
