We are a beauty e-commerce website. Our name is Truth in Aging.
We are looking for someone that can help us on the weekend with inbound emails from customers.
Many of these emails are questions such as:
How can I log in to the website?
I forgot my password?
Where's my order?
We need someone that knows Magento and answer these questions by looking them up in the system.
There will be some questions regarding the beauty products and this customer service person would just need to forward those questions to the experts and tell the customer that someone would get back to them.
We will start with a small project and then if all goes well, we would prefer a long term working relationship. More working hours are likely to be available.
