Leads will be provided. Your role is to call the customer, understand their requirement, and record the details clearly. This role is suitable for experienced telecallers, students, housewives, or freelancers looking for work-from-home calling work. Responsibilities: • Call enquiry leads provided by us • Ask basic questions to understand the customer's requirement • Identify whether the lead is genuine and interested • Update the information properly in Excel Requirements: • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English • Polite and confident speaking style • Experience in telecalling or customer support preferred • Must have a mobile phone and internet connection • Minimum 80–120 calls per day • Flexible timing • Calls can be made from their own phone. Recharge amount will be provided by us to support calling activity. Work Type: • Work from home • Average call duration: 1–2 minutes • Only basic qualification required • Script will be provided Payment Options: We are open to different payment models: • ₹2 – ₹3 per completed call (minimum 60–90 seconds) • ₹10 – ₹15 for a properly qualified lead Please apply with your telecalling experience and expected payment structure.
