I need a reliable, tech-comfortable virtual assistant who can switch effortlessly between Cantonese, English, and Mandarin while supporting my dental practice Monday through Friday, Pacific time. The work centers on answering and triaging patient calls, verifying insurance benefits, and keeping our patient-management system current with accurate schedules and notes. Your computer stays on and connected throughout the shift; quick, consistent responses are part of the job. Although I’m not racing against a hard deadline to hire, I do want someone who can settle into the role and treat the daily schedule—8 AM to 6 PM PST depending on the day—as a firm commitment. Job Requirements: Must be able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Must have access to a computer.
