Project Title: Customer Service Representative (Remote) – Telemedicine (Phone + Email Support) Project Description: We are hiring a remote Customer Service Representative for a fast-growing telemedicine company. We need a candidate who is a confident, clear English speaker with minimal accent and has proven customer service experience handling both phone calls and emails. This role is essential to ensuring patients/customers receive timely, empathetic, and accurate support. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via email promptly and professionally. Handle inbound and outbound calls, resolving issues related to orders, account management, and general questions. Communicate fluently in English with a clear and empathetic tone (Spanish is a plus). Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members while keeping the customer informed. Maintain strong knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies. Document and track customer interactions/issues accurately (CRM/ticketing). Support additional tasks as needed and adapt as the company grows. Required Qualifications: Fluent English (written and spoken) with clear communication and minimal accent. Prior customer service experience via phone and email (remote experience preferred). Comfortable using email, customer support software/CRM, and phone/VoIP systems. Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset.
