we have a billing software, through which users create bill, now we want to collect user feedback against each order.
Looking for a web based application based on Opensource Tech-Stack which can integrate to our application to capture Order Summary/Details and Allow customer to submit feedback against that order and then provide needful graphical data representation in form of Charts, Graphs and reports and automations to help management improve their services.
