Each day I will supply a fresh list of store owners and category managers; your job is to introduce our solution, record their interest level, and keep the conversation alive with timely follow-ups. The assignment centres on two core activities: 1. Outbound cold calling to open new retail accounts. 2. Customer follow-up to move warm leads toward a decision or a booked meeting with me. I need clear, well-organised call notes after every shift so I can review next steps at a glance. A quick end-of-day summary email outlining total dials, connects, and scheduled callbacks will serve as our performance pulse. Accuracy and a friendly, professional phone presence matter more to me than sheer volume, but both would be ideal.
