IVR Architecture Design Design a simple, English-only IVR flow with clear greetings and no dead ends. Create Level 1 (e.g., Sales, Support, Billing) and Level 2 menus if needed. Write/polish professional voice scripts and configure timeout/fallback routing. 3. Queue & Agent Configuration Create support queues with proper ring strategy (simultaneous/sequential). Set up agent roles, permissions, and softphone/mobile app access. Configure call recording visibility and reporting access levels. 4. Call Handling Logic Define business hours vs after-hours behavior. Route unanswered calls to voicemail with email alerts. Ensure missed calls, abandoned calls, and callbacks are logged correctly. 5.
