I need a reliable freelancer who can pick up the phone, speak confidently, and lock in service appointments on my calendar. You will be the one placing each call, guiding the prospect through a brief qualifying script I’ll provide, and then confirming a date and time that works for both them and our technicians. All scheduling happens by phone—no links or online forms—so a friendly voice, clear English, and good listening skills are essential. Here’s what success looks like: • A growing list of confirmed appointments, each with the customer’s name, best contact number, agreed-upon date and time, and any special notes. • A simple call log or CRM entry after every outreach so I can track progress in real time. I’ll supply the call script, service details, and calendar access. You bring the phone etiquette, persistence, and punctual follow-through. We’ll start with a short trial; if the results are strong, this can turn into ongoing work with steady call volumes.
