Laundry & Steam Presser Hire

I run a busy neighbourhood laundry shop and I’m ready to bring one more full-time pair of hands on board. The role combines core back-of-house laundry duties with steady, consistent steam pressing. What you’ll handle day to day • Washing and drying mixed loads, from everyday cotton and polyester garments to heavier items like blankets and curtains. • Sorting and folding each load so it is shelf- or customer-ready. • Steam pressing pants, trousers, and a regular flow of uniforms and workwear, keeping sharp creases and a clean finish. Experience in a commercial laundry or dry-cleaning set-up is welcome, but I’m happy to train the right person if you already know your way around industrial washers, dryers, and a professional press. Reliability and attention to detail are more important than a long résumé. This is a full-time position with a negotiable salary and immediate start.
