Hi there, We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented freelance caller with strong English skills (Malay is a plus) to help us follow up with candidates regarding their interview invitations. This is a per-day paid task, ideal for someone with calling experience who can work independently and deliver on time. Task Details: We will provide the candidate follow-up list one day in advance. You must acknowledge receipt within 1 hour after the task is assigned. On the following day, you must complete all follow-ups within Malaysia local time 9am–6pm. The list will not exceed 200 candidates. (You may arrange the calling schedule freely, as long as all calls are done within 9am–6pm.) No calling on weekends. For answered calls: follow the provided script and record the result. For unanswered calls: you must make 3 attempts, spaced apart across different times of the day. Candidate data must remain cloud-based only and cannot be downloaded. Strictly no subcontracting (no second-level outsourcing). You must sign an NDA. Requirements: Must located in Malaysia Strong English calling capability (Malay is a plus) Able to work within the 9am–6pm Malaysia time window High reliability, timely communication, and consistent execution Must have your own phone line Prefer candidates who can commit long-term If you are interested, please provide: Your calling / customer service experience Your available time window between 9am–6pm (rough estimate is fine) How many calls you can reliably handle per day We look forward to working with professional and dependable partners.

* I'm not from Malaysia, but I have strong communication skills as my background is in Outreach, Sales & Customer Service. Hi there, Good Afternoon. I have worked in the sales department for almost 1.5 years, where I have handled discovery calls with the Heads and Directors of the company in the Energy/Sustainability sector. Apart from this, I have also worked in the Real Estate sector as a customer support representative, mainly handling properties for rent and sale. I'm available during the 9-6 schedule, Malaysia time, Pakistan is just 3 hours behind, so it won't be a problem for me.
