I need a reliable professional who can take the front-line phone load for my business—well over 50 calls every day—and keep the experience warm, clear, and efficient. Calls come in for everything from product availability to basic troubleshooting, so you’ll be expected to greet, gather details, resolve what you can on the spot, and escalate only when absolutely necessary. Alongside the phones, I also receive a steady flow of general-information emails. When you’re not on a call, you’ll reply to those messages using our brand voice and a set of ready-made response templates; if something falls outside those templates, you’ll flag it for me.
