Deliverables • A written, step-by-step manual for at least two signature herbal massages and two body treatments (wraps or scrubs), each timed for a 60-minute session. • Curated music playlists or track recommendations that align with the rhythm of every treatment phase, including opening, peak relaxation, and closing moments. • Detailed set-up notes covering product lists, room preparation, and recommended equipment, so my team can launch without trial and error. • A concise after-care sheet I can hand to guests to extend the benefits at home. Everything should arrive in an editable format so I can localise wording and swap out herbs as availability changes. If you have experience formulating your own herbal blends, that insight is welcome, though not mandatory. The key measure of success is a protocol my staff can follow confidently and consistently, delivering an immersive, music-enhanced spa experience that keeps clients coming back.
