All calls route through our cloud-based virtual line (On/Off), so you can work from anywhere in the world as long as your connection is stable. Your core mission is classic customer support: pick up the phone, greet callers warmly, answer their questions, and guide them toward the right course. Most enquiries revolve around schedules, pricing, and programme content; there is no formal complaint handling pipeline in this role. I will walk you through everything you need to know during live, on-the-job sessions, so you won’t be tied to rigid scripts. Key deliverables • Same-day response to missed calls and voicemails • Clear call notes entered in our CRM after each conversation • Weekly summary of recurring questions or issues so we can refine our offering Acceptance criteria • Native-level French with a neutral, professional tone • Consistent availability during agreed time blocks; the virtual line can be switched on/off outside those hours • Accurate, friendly information that matches the latest course details provided during training If you have prior experience with VoIP dashboards, call routing, or similar tools, great—if not, I will show you the essentials.
