We are seeking a part time administrative assistant/appointment setter for help with events administration/appointment setting and yoga school enquiries.
The purpose of this role is to support Carla by managing administrative and sales activities so that she can focus on the big picture and have maximum impact.
You will have a strong sense of initiative, a positive, can-do attitude, and deliver high-quality output, under minimal supervision.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Assertive communication skills and can-do attitude
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Fluent in (written and verbal) English
Strong admin skills including email, spread sheet, powerpoint, Google documents,
Sales / marketing / account management experience
Yoga school growth:
Calling all warm leads for yoga school (people fill out form online / people on $30 trial) and enrol before trial over
Secure paid speaking opportunities:
Research potential events & companies and record contact details
Send out at least 10-20 pitches per week
Secure appointments and sales calls for Carla
Conduct follow ups
LOCATION & HOURS:
Online 5-10 hrs per week (divided over at least 3 days)
Must be available to work (email/call) during Australian 9-5 hours at least 3 days a week.
Hourly rate TBC based on experience + commission
