Your job: Call them, mention the emails they already got, and move the talk forward. The goal is to get a clear “yes” that starts the paperwork or book an online meeting. What to do on each call - Start by introducing yourself and linking straight back to the email so they remember. - Check they got the email and understood it. - Answer any questions and see if they’re interested. - Ask about their worries, timeline, and needs. - Find out who makes the final decision. - If it’s not the person you’re talking to, get a warm hand-off or referral. - Push for the next step right away: lock in the deal if they’re ready or book a real online meeting on the calendar. You’ll get: - the contact list, the original email, and the main benefits so your calls match what they already read. After every call, write short notes the same day in the shared spreadsheet: date/time, in a few words what happened, next action, and any useful quotes. What you must deliver: - Daily call log with updates - At least one follow-up call per person until it’s done (deal closed, meeting booked, postponed, or they’re out) - Daily/Weekly summary: wins, problems, and any changes to how we should talk on the phone An online meeting only counts as “booked” when they confirm it by email or attend the meeting. A deal only counts as “closed” when they say yes and make an online payment without cancellation, refund, or dispute.
