I need a bilingual Virtual Assistant who speaks flawless English and fluent Spanish to support my surgical practice up to 37.5 hours each week. From 08:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, you will be my front line for patient and provider interaction and must sound clear on every call with only a minimal accent. Your day will revolve around: • Managing surgical and in-office calendars, confirming operating-room times, and flagging any conflicts right away • Answering the VOIP phone line, placing follow-up calls, and replying to patient text messages • Monitoring our shared inbox, drafting and sending accurate, professional emails in English or Spanish as needed • Posting simple, practice-approved updates on our social-media channels to keep patients engaged I work with Nextech and Weave but knowledge with RingCentral, Google Workspace, PracticeFusion, and Hootsuite, so familiarity with any of these is a plus. Multitasking is constant—you might be booking a procedure while handling a brief patient text—so I expect fast, error-free data entry and same-day responses across all channels. Success is measured by: • 100 % accuracy in schedule entries and email content • All calls, texts, and emails returned before the end of the business day • A short weekly activity report summarizing completed tasks and pending items Include in your proposal a brief voice sample or link demonstrating your phone presence, confirmation that you are fully available during the stated Pacific hours, and your internet speed/headset specs.
