Location India only (Mandatory) Male/Female candidates preferred Working Days & Hours Monday to Saturday 9:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST (Core Night Shift) Mandatory login during working hours Pay ₹150 per hour (Fixed) No negotiations Any bid above ₹150 per hour will be rejected If you have a past experience in customer support or working for a BPO, we can pay ₹200 per hour (Fixed) Any bid above ₹200 per hour will be rejected I am looking for at least 2 freelancers. Incentives Extra (Based upon the tasks and time allocated) All the work that you do for us will be paid. Job Responsibilities: You will be responsible for handling: Inbound and outbound calls Live chat and WhatsApp messages Email support Customer reviews management Experience in e-commerce customer support is mandatory. Required Skills Excellent English-speaking and communication skills Strong written English communication Fast learner with strong multitasking ability Comfortable working under strict KPIs and daily targets Trial Period (Mandatory) This role includes a mandatory performance-based trial period. If performance meets expectations, the engagement will continue long-term. If performance does not meet expectations, the trial will end with no negotiations KPIs & Performance Expectations Customer Reviews & Communication Positive customer reviews must be generated daily All emails must be cleared daily with no spillover All live chats and WhatsApp messages must be cleared within working hours No pending chats or messages after shift or the following day Daily Reporting Daily report submission is mandatory The report must confirm the number of customer reviews obtained that day Targets must be met consistently. If any challenges are expected on a given day, advance communication is required.
