We are looking for a skilled and reliable Customer Service Representative to manage incoming and outgoing calls, as well as daily customer inquiries via email. Responsibilities: * Handle daily customer inquiries via phone and email * Provide exceptional customer support and ensure high customer satisfaction * Make outgoing calls when necessary (order follow-ups, issue resolution, etc.) * Work within the Shopify platform to manage orders and customer requests Requirements: * Previous experience in phone and email customer support * Experience working with Shopify (required) * Retail customer service experience is highly desirable * English proficiency level B2–C2 (strong written and verbal skills) * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor * Headset with microphone, computer, and stable internet connection * Quiet and comfortable home workspace without background noise Key Skills: * Excellent communication skills * Strong problem-solving abilities * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * High attention to detail * Ability to remain calm under pressure * Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 am - 5:30 pm EST Canadian time Salary: $4 per hour If you are customer-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable handling calls in a fast-paced online retail environment, we would love to hear from you.
