The Customer Service Representative ensures excellent service standards, responding to customer inquiries efficiently and promptly, through email, calls and online chat support.
We are looking for a self-motivated, diligent and personable individual who is able to work well under pressure and committed to upholding the values of the company.
This is a remote position, with flexible working hours of approximately 30 hours of work weekly at $32 per hour, reporting to the Customer Service Representative.
Include but are not limited to:
● Managing all in/outbound customer requests through calls and e-mails.
● Executing excellent customer service via chat support with online customers
● Resolving customer problems, queries and negative feedbacks in a positive and professional way at all times.
● Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
● Customer service experience will be an advantage but not required
● Should be diligent and committed to work
● Speak fluently and be able to write English well
● Great verbal and written communication skills
● Be able to multitask between computer software applications
● Possess excellent phone manners
● Work well under pressure
● Being diligent and detail-orientated
● Fast Internet connection
● Candidate must be at least a High School graduate
