I’m arranging a one-off mystery audit and need a sharp, observant freelancer to visit an assigned location, experience it exactly as a regular customer would, and then document how the staff handle customer service. The establishment type is flexible—retail, restaurant, or hotel will be confirmed once we start—but the core of the assignment is identical: • Gauge staff friendliness, note genuine engagement versus scripted politeness. • Time the key touchpoints from first approach to final checkout so I can see real response times. • Test product knowledge with a natural question or two and record the accuracy and confidence of the answers. After the visit, I’ll need a concise report that includes numeric scores, brief narrative comments, and any supporting evidence such as a photo of the receipt or screenshots of a loyalty prompt. A clear, well-structured template is fine as long as the three criteria above are easy to compare across future audits.
