We are looking for a bilingual professional who can dedicate 2-4 hours daily to ensure the smooth operation of our boutique travel agency's front office and maintain up-to-date online content. Your daily tasks will include: • Handling customer inquiries in both English and Chinese – from booking assistance and personalized travel advice to the occasional need for calm, solution-oriented complaint handling. Fast, clear, and courteous communication is essential; I expect all inquiries to be responded to during your working hours. You will have direct access to our booking system and media library, and each of our partner hotels and travel agencies will have a dedicated contact person. If you identify recurring issues or trends, I would appreciate suggestions for improving FAQs or content planning. We require you to be located in the US or Europe and be able to handle travel agency matters in-store when necessary.
