Saya membutuhkan seseorang yang bisa membantu saya membalas Direct Message (DM) dari calon pembeli di akun TikTok saya. Seluruh percakapan harus dilakukan dalam Bahasa Indonesia, dengan gaya ramah, sopan, dan informatif supaya calon pelanggan merasa dihargai dan mendapatkan jawaban yang jelas. Tugas utama: • Memantau kotak masuk DM TikTok secara berkala. • Menjawab pertanyaan seputar produk, harga, cara pemesanan, dan ketersediaan stok. • Mencatat detail pesanan atau pertanyaan penting dalam file sederhana (Google Sheet atau Excel) agar mudah saya tindak lanjuti. • Mengalihkan DM kepada saya hanya jika ada pertanyaan teknis yang Anda tidak yakin jawabannya. Saya belum menyiapkan skrip balasan, jadi saya mengandalkan inisiatif Anda untuk membuat jawaban alami namun tetap konsisten dengan tone brand: ramah, cepat, dan solutif.
