The crowd will be a mix of potential clients and fellow industry professionals, so clear, confident conversation is essential. Throughout the day you’ll: • Greet every passer-by and create a welcoming first impression • Offer a quick company overview, then dive into key product details and the concrete benefits our financial services deliver • Capture each interested visitor’s name, firm and contact information on the provided tablet or lead cards • Keep the booth tidy, approachable and in line with our brand image Deliverables at close of day: • A clean lead list (digital or scanned cards) ready for import into our CRM • A brief note of recurring questions or hot topics you observed Smart business attire, fluent English and proactive energy are mandatory. A short pre-event briefing pack will be supplied, so you’ll step onto the stand fully prepared.
