On a typical day you’ll receive between 10 and 20 messages that range from order status checks to simple product questions. The goal is to provide clear, friendly answers that keep response times low and satisfaction high. Because our audience is international, I need replies crafted in more than one language. Please tell me which languages you write fluently and how you ensure tone consistency across them. Experience with shared mailboxes (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias or Freshdesk) is helpful, but if you prefer another platform let me know—what matters is that all conversations stay organized and searchable.
