I want to take our Reliance Retail outlets beyond basic shelf-browsing and turn every visit into a memorable, friction-free experience that drives higher footfall, dwell time, and basket size. Right now I have store layouts, sales data, and limited customer feedback; what I need is a fresh, expert perspective that converts those raw inputs into a clear, phased action plan. Your work will cover three pillars: • Customer journey mapping – observe or virtually analyse how shoppers move through the store, pinpoint drop-off moments, and recommend flow, signage, and merchandising tweaks. • Technology touchpoints – identify the right mix of digital kiosks, self-checkout, RFID, or mobile POS that fits our current infrastructure and budget while cutting queues and boosting engagement. • Staff and service design – propose training, role redesign, or incentive tweaks so our team delivers consistent, on-brand interactions at every touchpoint. Deliverables I’m expecting: 1. A concise audit report summarising pain points, opportunity size, and quick wins. 2. A prioritised roadmap with estimated effort, cost bands, and success metrics for each initiative. 3. Store-ready mock-ups or wireframes illustrating recommended tech or layout changes. The final package must be actionable by our internal operations and procurement teams, so clarity and realistic phasing are critical. Tools such as Adobe XD, SketchUp, or any analytics dashboards you prefer are welcome—just provide source files and a walkthrough so my team can iterate after hand-off.
