I'd like to know whether you can help me.
It's about a project I've been working on for 4 months now, and I don't know how to fix certain things.
We have a raspberry pi computer connected to an Arduino UNO r3 board via usb and there are two sensors which are connected to the analog inputs of the arduino, so a voltage can be measured.
On the computer, I have a python script that connects via serial to the Arduino. It then polls values every second and sends them to a server.
This seems to run quite well except one thing - reliability. The system gets powered off every 20 hours or so and after that, everything has to resume operation like normal. However, sometimes it starts for 30 minutes, then stops for 1-2 hours and then goes on again. I can't understand that, so maybe you can help me improve the reliability of this system.
