Peter; have another small project. We have a Google spreadsheet that lists articles in progress for a client. (Our website is [url removed, login to view]; theirs is [url removed, login to view]; their journal for which we ghostwrite most of the articles is [url removed, login to view]). Every now and again we need to print the spreadsheet. Usually I do it manually in which case the things you have to remember are to select the right area (columns A-H), Rows 1 to last row with content; update week ending (to the prior Friday) in B1; print selection; fit to width; no gridlines; include document title; include page numbers.
Obviously, that's no so hard. But when e.g. an administrator tires to print it e.g. for an editorial bard meeting this morning, she never gets it right. So it would be good to have a button (or however else you can easily call a script) to print a properly formatted pdf with one click. I attach a printout that is the way we want it. Also, since it's for a client, I attach a non-disclosure agreement. If you'd like to do this I'd be grateful if you'd sign and return the NDA and then I'll give you access to the spreadsheet.
