The initial stage will be to build a template or plug-in for WordPress. "Manage scrolling news" is a sample plug-in that would be copied but would have more customization. Customization includes, color, font size, timed colors, blinking days/dates etc. I included samples of what it looks like excel of the completed ticker and site layout. I also provided an excel of the ticker setup and a post setup.

Once the template is made we will create a user authentication. Nobody will be ablo to see anything on the site until a a user authenticates with linked in or twitter and a form is confirmed with a yes or no answer. Once the user is authenticated they can come back to the site using either their linkedin or twitter [url removed, login to view] is a plug-in for the authentication oneall.com. I got an account there.
